 + -1 moreI picked this company out of the Yellow Pages when I accidentally locked myself out of the house. The man I spoke to quoted me a price of $37 to unlock my door and he said that the locksmith would be at my place in 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting I phoned the company and I was told the locksmith would not be coming to my house because he went to Hollywood instead to do another job that was more lucrative than my job. When I complained that he promised a service at a certain price and time frame, he started shouting outrageous insults at me. I was forced to hang up the phone. Unbelievable behavior!
