Communication was an issue. After initial estimate no calls were returned, and requests were ignored until payment was withheld. Quality of work appears fine and timing was as committed.

"We perfomed the work and had our payment withheld until we could "prove that we actually did the work." We went back out, took pictures and sent them to the customer showing the work was performed as stated. No calls were ever ignored, hence "timing was as committed.""

He did a good job and an excellent contractor. The clean up on the job was so precise that they practically went into landscaping. They did everything absolutely correct. He complied with everything whatever wish I had. He was more receptive in taking care of my problems. They are very good.

The owner came out and assessed our roof, and gave us an approximate starting date. He explained clearly the type of roof we would choose, and explained the procedure to us. It did rain a couple of days, and his crew secured the roof to avoid any leaking. The owner, Jeremy, answered all of our questions in relation to the type of roof we chose, (thermoplastic), and as to how it would be applied. The project was completed to our satisfaction, including some small details that we requested.
