The holidays are coming and I needed carpets to be cleaned. Contacted Sparkle Steamer because of a coupon in the mail. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am at about 11:00 am an employee comes to the door to do an estimate on the carpet, hands me quote and I have to wait for the carpet technician to arrive a hour and a half later. After carpets are finished being cleaned, I needed to leave the house asap for an appointment. Upon returning to my house I noticed an area on my carpet that was highly saturated and orange. I quickly called the company and was assured that this will not stain my carpet, that it was a spot of chemical cleaner that was missed. It needed to be steam cleaned out and they would be out the following day by 4:00 pm. When scheduled time came and went with no call and no show, I contacted Sparkle Steamer. Employee knew who I was and made an excuse as to why they could not make it. He then told me he would be there the next day(now two days after service) "by 3:00pm not a minute late, I guarantee it" Next day at 3:18 pm I called with no answer. Left a message for someone to get back to me. No one has returned my phone calls from this company. I still have a huge orange spot left on my carpet from this company.
