|They have many thousands of key codes in their truck computer, and were able to quickly provide keys for seven different Italian designer file cabinets. I am thrilled with their reliable and courteous service, the quality of their work, and the price. I also trust their honesty, and am confident I can order keys without fear of unauthorized copies. | |This is the only service I have used so far, so please remove other referrals you are requesting from me. I have not yet been able to purchase other items/labor I was researching, and have not talked to other service providers.

Randy was great. He came over and rekeyed the entire house right after we bought it. Did a great job.

I was lucky Randy was going to be in the area shortly, so I didn´t have to spend the extra money for him to come to San Jose from Gilroy. I met him at the location, he was there and went right to work. Lucky again, he had the parts I needed to replace a lockset and noticed that the back door lock was doing nothing and fixed it right then.
He was pleasant professional and didn´t mind my Labrador Retriever sticking her nose in his work.

Randy, the owner, came out right away and did the work. His truck is a mobile locksmith shop so he has everything he needs to get the job done when he arrives. He made sure that all the keys worked. We have used South County Lock and Safe for over 15 years for our office and our home. Randy is very professional and has always been there the same day if it's a security issue.

The locksmith called in advance to confirm his arrival time, arrived on time, and worked straight through until he completed the job. He was very pleasant and polite despite the job being far larger than expected (I didn't know how many interior doors had locks without keys since I took possession of the house that day) and the day being very, very hot. He succeeded in re-keying all of the locks to have matching keys despite different manufacturers which saved a lot of money. I was very pleased with the service.

In March of 2009, they changed the locks on our office doors and did a whole bunch of keys. They are very dependable and if you have an emergency, like when you have a business and have to change the locks right away, they come right out. I am not sure if he has an office now but basically he used to work out of his truck. He would go to a place and have the keys made but if you need to service the locks, I know practically everybody in the business park we're at, uses him.
