Our experience with this firm was very poor. We paid our general contractor for the cabinets 30K in advance, on the promise of prompt delivery. Over a year later, the cabinets were still not complete, and in fact, another contractor was hired to finish the job. There were no surprises on the job, nor were there significant changes. The cabinet frames were installed in April of '07, it was months before the doors came, and when they did come, they were not even close to what had been specified and they had to be re-ordered. The general contractor & cabinet maker were pointing fingers at each other, however the Cabinet maker never gave us a credible explanation for the problems, and failed to deliver on commitments he made directly to us. Work was not completed when he promised, or even close, and the quality of the work was in some case poor. Tops of door panels were not aligned straight, uneven gaps. I would never considering doing business with this firm again.
Description of Work: Construct and install kitchen cabinets for remodel. Included large island, peninsula, panels for refrigerator and dishwashers.
