Very quick response, set on appointment the next day. Raul showed up within time frame expressed and determined what the issue was very quickly. I was provided a number of options and Raul proceeded. After finding part, crew returned and got everything working very quickly.. I was impressed with the knowledge, attention to detail and very accurate communications. I will use them again on any project of this type.

He even made sure to inform me on how to maintain my unit to avoid the typical issues that would cause break down. Mr Ortega was great - but after spending 2hrs or so I was charged 500 dollars - which I believe it s very pricey - not sure how much it costs for such things - but next time I will ask for a cost estimate before anyone proceeds w any type of work I request or would be nice if that s provided right off the back so there are no surprises ...

Raul was very professional and very experienced...30+ in the business. He came to assess the problem after a long day of emergency jobs. It was late, after a long day for him, but he wanted to be sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate his dedication and work ethics. We have our new part installed and cool air again! I absolutely would hire him again! Also, we try to hire people from our town-Gilroy.

Raul diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Rather than replacing the AC unit, he was able to replace a part and get the AC running. I suspect other Companies would have pushed the much more costly replacement solution.

Raul Ortega was very pleasant and professional. He was flexible with my families schedule and did good work. He helped me with questions as too the best option and provided guidance on other options and did not discourage me researching those but actually assisted. Ultimately I still came down to his recommendation as being the best. He and his crew were great to have. Having ac installed should be a one time thing but I would ve hired him again if it weren t.
