PSG FENCING

Previous: The service turned out well. We ended up splitting the cost of the fence with a neighbor. The pricing was a little above other companies, but the quality of service was well worth it. They were prompt and gave a clear and concise quote. They did not try to up sell up and connected with the neighbor very well. Scheduling was not issue. We plan on considering using them again in the future. **Update** Called PSG a few weeks ago after talking with my two neighbors and agreeing that we need some fence work. The person I spoke with was a bit rude when I called and asked for them to come out ASAP for a bid, it was early on a Friday morning. The guy laughed and said they couldn't some out until the following Wednesday. I understand they cannot change schedules quickly, but the rudeness was surprising. My neighbors and I contacted a few other fencing contractors. One didn't show, the other never returned calls, and the third arrived on time, eager for the job, and gave an estimate right away. Considering the quality of the previous job PSG performed, I urged my neighbors to give them a second chance so I set up an appointment - on a Wednesday - for them to come out. Juan, their estimator, arrived promptly at the scheduled time but was almost completely uninterested in speaking in depth as to what we wanted. He took the numbers I gave him from the other estimate and didn't bother to measure himself. Then I waited.... After calling twice the next day I finally relieved an estimate. Numbers for the two fences were compiled into the one estimate, though I told him I am working with two neighbors. There has been no follow up. After looking at other online reviews, it appears this is their Modus Operandi and estimator Juan is mentioned a few times specifically. I will not refer nor use PSG again any time soon. Will provide a review of the company we decided to go with in another post after the job is completed.
