I really didn't think all of that was necessary, but he called it preventative maintenance. I thought the price was a little out of line, but I had it done because I depend on the car and I wanted to make sure it was reliable. It was an "A" class service. I think they did things that weren't necessary, but I didn't find that out until later. The car runs.

They take care of my car. They are very, very expensive, but they do a very good job. I trust them. They do a good job. It's "A" class service. I will continue using service with them. They have a shuttle that will take you home. You don't have to rely on a friend to take you home.

I have had my F250 since it was new and it is a great truck...but since my son took it to college a few years ago it has had basically no service except oil changes. When I brought it in to Dave I asked him to give it the 'once over' and to fix what really needed fixing right away and give me a list of what could wait. He did just that. Unfortunately for me there was a lot to fix. It ended up costing me a lot more than I planned but I know my truck is safe to take long distances if need be.
Let me add it has been that way with all 4 of my vehicles I have brought in since moving here from the mountain town I had lived in for the last 33 years. They all cost quite a bit to bring up to what he and I consider 'maintained' but I have had no problems with them since and feel safe going where I need to go.
Dave and Sara, his office manager, are great people and I feel good taking my vehicles to them.

I found the service excellent as well as the quality of the work done. The shop was clean as a whistle and well organized. Everyone with whom I came into contact was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely interested in my old truck. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs to their vehicle.
If there is any downside to this shop, I would say they are a bit pricey. The other side of that coin, however is having to go back to the shop to have the repair repaired, or being stranded by the side of the road somewhere. I would prefer to pay a little extra and feel confident that the work done was of high quality. I have several thousand miles on the new alternator, and everything continues to gin along just fine.
All in all, I would definitely use this shop again.

It was excellent. David, the proprietor, is really hands-on and his crew is well. They don't try to talk me into anything that I don't need. They get the job done. They also give a guarantee on their work so I don't t stranded anywhere. They follow up on their work.

He is thorough and reliable. He checked out each of my kids' cars for me when they got their first one. The office staff is kind. He is a nice guy. If I drop my car off, then they will shuttle me back home. He has been in business for a long time. He is very helpful. He always calls first to let me know what needs to be done before he does any work. They will work on every type of vehicle.
