They took my mower which only required minor repair (broker wire and plastic primer cup) and kept it for 5 weeks. They never called to explain the delay and when we called we got vague responses. Then they told us it was unrepairable (transmission problem) but when we went to pick it up they said they had mixed it up with another mower and our's was repairable. They were friendly but completely unprofessional.

They are one of the few that will service the heavy tools. They have been around for a long time and they are also distributors for a large number of products.

We have been extremely happy with them. I would recommend others to go there. We have been dealing with them for years and like their professionalism and all that.
