Plumbing America

My house is on a old septic system, and I am planting a vegetable garden. I didn't want my garden to be on top of the leach lines, so I wanted to map the location of my leach lines. Another septic company recommended Plumbing America because they have a fiber optic camera that they can use to measure the exact location of the underground lines. I called and talked to Scott, and he was friendly and quoted $500 for the work. They arrived on time, and performed the work. At the end of the day, I had an email in my inbox for a $964 bill. I called Scott to complain about the price increase, and he maintained that the $500 quote was only for the leach line mapping, and not the hose bib work. His crew also performed repairs without my knowledge or authorization. I guess I am glad they did it, but I wish they would have called. They also put the added hose bib in the wrong location.
