Sig (owner) was professional and pleasant from the start. They explained all options thoroughly and wasn't pushy at all in trying to steer me toward more expensive options. Installers were also professional and pleasant. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up well. Due to one of the openings not being perfectly square, the door in that opening appeared slanted across the top (even though it had been installed perfectly). Sig very willingly came out within a couple of days and performed some magical adjustment that gave the appearance of the door now being level, without creating a large gap anywhere. And to top it off, they didn't ask for a dime until that final adjustment was made.

Called them first thing in the morning and they were out to fix the door within 1 hour. Very responsive as I couldn't open the door at all and needed to get out.
