I would say that their customer service was slightly below average. The salesperson couldn?t contact the manufacturer though it was on a Friday. I had time constrain so I wanted to find out if the products could come in earlier. She promised to call me back on Monday, but she didn?t call back. I called them back on Wednesday, but she still hadn?t called them. So I was pretty frustrated. They seemed understaffed.

We were very satisfied with our experience with this company. They treated us very well and were professional. I thought they were knowledgeable about the products they were selling and they did a nice job installing everything. They did a good job measuring for the shades; the custom sizes fit the windows well.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
This company measured my countertops wrong. They even tried to charge me for their mistake. They had to remeasure and install the countertops. The company sub contracts employees to do the work. Lowe's did send a gift certificate for $500 and apologized. It took them 5 months to get the project done, and the manager of Lowe's was very uncooperative.
