The owner, Rolf, was super knowledgeable and nice.  He helped me figure out exactly what I needed for the space.  He problem solved with some structural concerns.  He had a wide variety of fabrics to choose from.  The install went quickly and without any issues.  I would definitely recommend he to everyone.

It was perfect. Rolf had to engineer a covering over an old shaky frame and he did an amazing job. He also talked us out of a more expensive automated awning because of it's location and purpose.

We needed a permanent solution to provide shade and protection for our horses while grooming, shoeing and a performing a variety of horse upkeep purposes. We had been using portable awnings that were awkward and getting quite tired looking, and needed something that would offer protection and at the same time not spook animals that weren't used to it.  The shade sail from Home-Tech proved to be the perfect solution.  The company came out and measured the area, and suggested recommendations.  The next step was for them to create the metal structure in such a way that the sail would have minimal visual impact.  Then, they custom made the sail in a natural canvas tone that almost makes it disappear in front of the building behind it.  The workers were timely, professional and courteous. The quality is excellent and we are receiving many compliments on it.
