+ -1 moreEXTERIOR HOME REPAIR and ROOFING: I highly recommend the services of Jorge Valdez (408-425-5042). Jorge was referred to us from a friend in San Jose’s Almaden Valley. Jorge has: repaired extensive damage to the cedar-shingle siding on our 39-year-old Cupertino home; removed our Concrete Tile Roof and replaced it with a quality, Architectural-Grade Asphalt Shingle roof; removed a badly designed leaf-guard system for our gutters and replaced it with a well-designed system that he recommended. For the Roof work he worked with Green Tech Roofing (408-309-6077) but all the other work he performed by himself or with a helper(s). I have been a carpenter and still work with Habitat for Humanity to build their project homes so I believe I know, better than most, what quality construction is, and Jorge is a true artist – meticulous, thorough and a craftsman. He cares about doing the job right and is dedicated to doing a good job. I intend to hire Jorge to paint our home (he does that too) when we need to have it painted. We believe that all the work that he has done for us has been at a fair cost and has certainly been a real value.
