Actual need turned out to be o-rings and gasket replaced on two toilets due to faulty installation by prior owner. Jaime pinpointed the problem, explained the problem, and resolved it. Nice, neat work. Cleaned up afterward.

Jaime was at our house 30 minutes after we called him on a Saturday. He purchased and picked up a new water heater for us at Lowe's and finished installing it in a couple of hours. His quote over the phone was $200 less than what he ended up charging us, but it was a fair price nonetheless. We would definitely hire Fantastic Rooter again.

This is the second time I have used Fantastic Rooter for work at my home. Jaime is always right on time and does the work in a professional manner. He is very careful to keep the work area clean and I'm very satisfied with the service.

First of all, Jaime responded right away, was prompt in showing up, the pricing was what we agreed upon, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They used a 110 foot snake and cleaned up as much as they could. They did use a camera to see if there was any pipe problems and as far as 97 feet could see, there were none. This was more a maintenance issue.. If I have further problems, I will definitely contact Jaime again.

Very fast answer and immediate delivery once the bid was accepted. Lupe is a professional. First bid was very high, but when I added a second job the price became OK. Extremely recommendable but do get other bids for comparison.

Very responsive! Called me within one hour of receiving my inquiry. Sent someone out to give an estimate the same day. Work was completed within 24 hours once I authorized it. The job was to replace a sink at one of my rental properties and my tenant was very pleased with the workmanship and customer service.
