Fantastic Rooter staff and techs were all very nice. Were on time and did a great job. Neat and clean work. Friendly and helpful and smiling. I will definitely use them again.

I was blown away! When I explained the circumstances, this project was for my 78 year old mother whoâ d been going without hot water for a week. They bent over backwards to help! They worked with her limited budget and did an amazing job, despite my mistake with the size of the water heater. Jazmine at the office was kind, understanding and diligent in communication. Jamie was on time, patient and extremely hard working! I would highly recommend them!

Great Job

At first the company's name made us imagine they were just about clearing clogged drain lines, but we got superb service on a project to replace leaking shower faucets in the bathroom. Gerardo came to see what was needed and was very helpful in finding a quick and cost effective way to source the materials. He was completely committed to taking care of his customers. He returned to do the installation at the time we had agreed would be convenient for us, despite having been up working till all hours of the night on another emergency job. He even spent the time before returning to his emergency site to check and make sure the existing shower head was free of grit and working as it should. We absolutely will want this company, and him, for any future projects.

Well, they did their job very professional, only you had to wait for quite a long time for their coming with a little un-expected high price. In all, we are pretty satisfied for their job...

Service was great and The service tech was on time during his appointments. This company is very knowledgeable and gives a 3 month warranty on their work. I purchased all of the parts for that job, so the parts have their own warranty through the manufacture. Great work for a good price.

We hired Fantastic Rooter to re-pipe my mother-in-law's house. They did a fantastic job - even the city inspector was praising Gerardo and his crew for their work. She also needed a new water heater and sink, and those were reasonable priced. The guy that replaced the sheetrock did a great job. You can't even tell the walls were ever cut into, he made them so smooth again. And they cleaned up well, too. I highly recommend them!

Gerado was very friendly and professional. He explained how the leak developed in the cooper pipe. The cooper water supply pipe was in contact with the drain pipe and this contact caused corrosion and eventually a hole in the supply pipe. He replaced the section of the pipe. He also informed us of possible future leaks at all the contact points with metal hangers and told us how to fix these. We would definitely call Gerado again for our future plumbing needs.
