We needed to move items from a storage pod to the house after our hardwood floors were refinished. So we needed a moving company who knew how to take care of new floors. Dand L Movers called the day before to confirm the Sunday move and showed up on time. The 4 person team each introduced themselves and then started to work. They placed felt pads on the bottom of all the furniture and put down a runner to protect the floor and hand carried the furniture and boxes. They even helped dust some of the furniture. They communicated well and completed the job quickly. They have a 2 hr min and sent 4 people which really paid off in terms of quality moving work for the more delicate and/or heavier pieces. The price was comparable to other companies who quoted only 2-3 people. They are very busy so be prepared for a bit of a wait for an estimate or return phone call (usually no more than 24-36 hrs).
