Cleaning Services

It's by far the best cleaning service ever. If there is ever a problem it is corrected immediately. The customer is also always RIGHT!!:)

They told me they would be able to do all my cleaning in an hour and I decided they were not the people for me. I found it heard to communicate with them. They were 2 hours late and were not very professional. I was unable to get in touch with the person that came out wrote the contract. I finally got in touch with the owner to inform her that I fired the cleaning crew. What they do is schedule a time, but if someone else calls to schedule with more work they do theirs instead. The prices seemed high as well.

I just changed it. It was $110 for every two weeks and it was three hours. I just changed to every three weeks and it went up to $134. I've gone through a lot of housecleaners in the past. I like that they are an established company and they are bonded so I don't have to worry about people coming into my house that shouldn't be there. The only problem I've had is that I have been trying to get hold of their quality control manager. She had called me to check in, which I really appreciated. I called her about a couple of things. There was one area in the shower that they never reached. We have literally been playing phone tag for a couple of months. They told me to email her and I haven't heard back in a couple of weeks so I wasn't happy about that. Other than that the office is really good and they are very professional. I was supposed to leave a check and I didn't. The girl in the office called and she was kind of snooty about it and I didn't like that either. I was willing to give them my credit card right then so it wasn't a big deal. It wasn't enough to be a deal breaker in terms of getting rid of them yet. I am not home when they come so I don't know about their punctuality.

They come out every other week. They clean the house pretty well. They are efficient and come when they say they are going to be here. They do a pretty good job. They have a lot of additional services that I can get like window cleaning and carpet cleaning. They are a nice group of people to work with.

The cleaning team arrived about 25 minutes early, which luckily was not a problem. They did a thorough job, and worked in a professional manner. About 5 minutes after they finished a representative from the company came by to check on their work and to inquire about my satisfaction with their services, which I was impressed with.

They did a great job. They came late the first time but I spoke with the manager and she sent a supervisor on the next cleaning. She found several things that had been missed the first week but they fixed it. I was very happy with the way they handled things.

I have been using them for the last year and a half off and on. The price they charge is for every other week. What I like about them is that my house is clean. The ladies that come out are very friendly. The people in the main office have been friendly too with calling. If the time changes when they are to come out, they let you know beforehand. They do a great job. I would use them again.

I am VERY happy with Cleaning Services. I have been using their services for around a year now, and my mom and sister have both used them for many years. They are reliable, professional, FAST, thorough, and trustworthy. They come in as a team and everyone gets to work immediately and they are out of my house in under an hour. They clean absolutely everything, and I am very happy with their service. I have referred them to several people, and also my sons' school - where they clean the bathrooms on a weekly basis. They have a neat referral system too, and for every referral you make, after the new referral's fourth cleaning, you get a FREE house cleaning! They also discount the new referral's fees for the first three months, so it is really a good deal. I love the smell of the cleaners they use, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a boost in life -- how wonderful is it to have clean bathrooms, a clean kitchen, mopped floors, etc. It sure has given me a new lease on life!! It's also great because I have sons, and they are not the neatest little critters on the planet. They know the cleaners are coming and without me asking them, they automatically pick up all their things, so the house stays more picked up in between the cleaning.

Very good. Professionally done, friendly staff. I got quotes from three services and Cleaning Services was in the middle on price but the sales people and material and web site all seemed much more professional than the other two companies. The hard water deposits didn't come out all the way like I had hoped but not sure that is possible short of sandblasting! Cleaning was thorough and organized. I liked how the three ladies seemed to know right where each was going to start and who was doing which part of the house. The windows came out great. There was a couple minor drips I pointed out and the guys corrected that. I'm going to have the ladies come every two weeks. I will try the carpet cleaning around the holidays.

I feel that they do a really good job. When I started with them they came in and we discussed how much I could afford and what they could do for that much. I have been using them for six years and they come every two weeks to clean. They do the best they can for 45 minutes. I do not seem to have any complaints. I also asked them to use green products and they do.

I THINK THAT THE MAIN OFFICE IS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THE INDIVIDUALS WHO CAME OUT TO PERFORM THE WORK WERE VERY QUICK, AND I MEAN THAT IN A VERY POSITIVE SENSE, AS IN EFFICIENT.

I have used them now for about three years. They did drive a company truck to my house. The company does windows inside and out for about 100.00 The also do carpet cleaning and general cleaning. They currently clean the whole house for my customers.

LATELY THEY HAVE NOT BEEN VERY RELIABLE. THE MANAGEMENT DOES EVERYTHING IT CAN TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS. THE LADIES WHO CLEAN THE HOUSE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE WORK THEY DO.
