Furniture - Sales
I purchased a captains bed. This has drawers underneath. When we bought it, we expected it to have 2 drawers. When we received it, they sent the wrong product. They were different colors. We sent it back to get the right one. When we received the new captains bed, the drawers were almost impossible to open, which made the product almost useless. I was very frustrated and it comes to find out that American Furniture will not fix the issue because they say it is a manufactures problem. This tells me they do not back or guarentee their product. My overall experience with them is very negative.
