They did a good job. The only thing I don't like is that where I used to live I took my Toyota to another Toyota dealership there and they not only did they do the work on your car but they cleaned your car afterwards. They didn't wax or anything but they washed it and they don't do that at the Toyota in Gardena. They could wash and wax my car.

South Bay Toyota is a dealership but there is nothing special about them and there is nothing that makes them stand out. I have gotten free service on my car from them because it was covered under the service plan.

It only took them a hour and half to put the battery in and send me on my way. They will take me at some place if it's within a 10 mile reduce but they won't bring me back. So, I wait for the car and they don't take too long if I make an appointment and I can get an appointment as early as 7 AM and it's just convenient for me because I can relay on when I'm gonna take the car in and when I can get it back. I make the arrangement ahead of time and I don't think they're competitive with the independent car repairs. I just prefer to know that I'm gonna get my car back in a pretty good indication of how much I have pay for it.

Goes good. Feels good to have my car looking normal. I bought my Scion from South Bay and I travel from near Dodgers Stadium to Torrance to have my car serviced there. They have a great service dept., wonderful waiting room and free coffee and fruits and computer connections while you wait.

After I hit some debris on the freeway, the car started making a sound when turning hard left. Sounded like something was rubbing, loose, or out of alignment; I was afraid it would be a major or expensive part related to the steering. The car also needed a regular maintenance service. So. Bay Toyota found the noise was just due to a liner being out of alignment and fixed the problem without charge. Also, they almost always have coupons for scheduled maintenance and I saved about $20 on the mini service. They're always very professional and courteous (including my contact on this visit, Angel Maldonado), and easy to get ahold of.

They were pretty good. We liked that they are punctual. We complained our problem to the receptionist and she talked to the manager. It turned out that they put the wrong item. It worked out.

I go to South Bay Toyota all the time. They are very good and they have a nice waiting room with coffee and if you go in the morning, they have doughnuts and orange. They are very good. If anyone has a Toyota they should take them there. Their price is fair.

They are a retail manufacture dealer. They are good at what they do; I never have a problem with what they do. I do go back and keep a track of what and how they did. I only had a problem once where I did have to call the Toyota of America and they corrected the problem. It does take time because a lot of people go there. It has always been a good name and they have 4 computers which I can use while I am waiting. The atmosphere is quite nice.

I was comfortable with them, I wasn't all that comfortable with the pricing but I was comfortable with the work. I took my car in because I bought my car there, they were just average. But they charge too much because they are the dealership. I wouldn't recommend them.

I disliked the price it was rather high. The shop was clean and well maintained. Everyone was very professional.

This is the third time I've gone to South Bay Toyota for the scheduled maintenance of my Scion. All of my experiences with them have been positive. They have never gone over what they estimated. They are friendly and work fast.

They are very prompt; they give you a guaranteed time for it to be done. They have a shuttle service which is very convenient. They also leave the car looking really nice and have been known to wash it. They vacuum out the cars each time. The service is always done very well.

The thing about this agency is that they tend to try to sell you very expensive parts for your car when there is no need for them to. They also try to sell you the most expensive ones when there could be other parts that you can find for a smaller price. That's just the typical thing for car shops, just trying to sell everything they possibly can to the customers when there is no need for many things. Also, their fees are very high given the fact they are a dealership. I took my car to another shop when these guys did the checkup and the other mechanics said the replacements the other shop had suggested were unnecessary. I was very disappointed at the shop because of this.

They have a very comfortable waiting room and even have wireless connections in the waiting room. I usually drop my car off and they do a good job calling me when it's ready. They come through for me whenever I need them to. Other places have tried to up sell me on additional things needed but they just inform me when things may need done in the future, so they're not pushy like some other places.

No problems. The transmission was in stock and was replaced quickly.

KEYS WERE REPLACED AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND THEN THEY TESTED THE CAR FOR STOP AND GO TRAFFIC. THE WORK INSPECTION INCLUDED THE BRAKE PACK AND ALL THE WORK WAS DONE INA TIMELY MANNER.
