Door Service
Be very clear on what you have agreed to and inspect the work done carefully. They started later than planned, but were good about letting us know. But they didn't leave enough time to finish in one day. They came in that evening and said they were done, but hadn't finished installing the interior moulding on the side door or sealed gaps under the doors and they hadn't done caulking or repair of paint. After this was pointed out, they agreed to come back the next day and finish. They did a good and thorough job of finishing the second day, although they still required some nudging. There was a misunderstanding as to whether they were reinstalling the security door. An extra fee was charged for that, but details hadn't been firmly worked out in advance. This was my fault as well as theirs.
