We originally were contemplating a full bathroom remodel and Pitzer was recomended by a friend so they were one of four to bid on the project. Their quote was not only very competitive, but it was the most professional. They do line item, typed estimates and are very thorough about cost and detail. We ended up selling the house instead of going through with the remodel, but while in escrow we had a water leak in the bathroom. Pitzer worked really well with our insurance company to get the floors replaced right away and at a reasonable cost.

After a large tree fell on the corner of our house, Pitzer Construction quickly responded to our request for repair estimates. After we reached agreement on the scope of work, Pitzer very quickly and effectively began an completed the repairs. Their work exceeded our expectations.
