It went very well. They were always a little early. Great !! And they cleaned up every day. I was very pleased with the whole project. Now it can rain !

The workers cleaned up after themselves every day while working on the property. They had a full crew every day and did a beautiful job. We feel very good about recommending this company knowing that the job will be done correctly with the best materials. They started on time every day and worked a full day until the job was completed.

It went very smoothly. The workers are conscientious and independent. They performed well and were always on time. There had been a problem with another section of our roof and ndash; (the aluminum product was defective) and Midwest got the coating from the manufacturer and recoated that part of the roof at no cost to us. They stand by their work.

They are always on time for the appointments. They always follow up afterward as well. They rep we have is very thorough and easy to communicate with. They are able to come out very quickly with appointments. We have been doing business with them for about a year now.

They did the job that they were hired to do. I would use them again.

They did a great job. They also accept american express. Super friendly, super neat, very professional. Robert Poxon was wonderful and he held my hand throughout the stressful project.

The service was very poor. They kept post-poning on us. It was several months before they even started the work. There ended up being a huge, secondary cost, which they didn't tell us about. Their billing dept would say we hadn't paid, when we did in fact. There was a little overhang that put the roof on top of. There was old, damaged wood they should have replaced before putting the new roof on. I tried calling them back and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone for them to fix this.

The work was done in a professional and timely manner and has held up as represented. We have had no problems with the Elastomeric coating applied by Midwest Roofing.

• Overall, the work was well done and the estimate was lower than one of their competitors but probably still more expensive than the and quot;averageand quot; cost for this type of work.

The final product looks well done, and the workers were knowledgeable and efficient.
Our primary frustration was the responsiveness of the sales estimate staff -- it took multiple calls to get the initial assessment scheduled and for us to receive an initial estimate for the project. Furthermore, throughout the sales process, there was a slow response time to emails, and samples and other information were not provided in the time scale that was promised.
We felt aggressively upsold on roof vents.
There was poor communication regarding expectations of payment (ie, invoices after each phase of the project were not routinely sent after the contract was signed).
There was unexpected break between the 2 components of our project (ie, the roof replacement and the gutter replacement) which dragged out the duration of the project

Everything went very well so far. We have one rain so far but it held up well. They were very professional. The clean up wasn't as good as it could have been. They were very responsive to get fixed.

MIDWEST ROOFING responds quickly. they have great professional workers. the price is cheap and affordable. i would absolutely use them again.

We were first introduced to Midwest by our Realtor when we bought the house 1 1/2 yrs ago. After interviewing at least 6 other roofers we decided to go with Midwest. Hector our contact was very patient, knowledgeable and professional with us. We have a special lot with a drive in the back and the crew worked with our neighbors when using their drive way for the hauling truck. We were very please with the clean up each night. The company stayed in communication with us through the entire process and on every little detail. Not any fault of Midwest, first the weather and then the inspector slowed us down and kept us from finishing on time, but just in time for a couple of storms. The office was patient too when we noticed credit card fraud that messed with our final payment to Midwest. At the end of the storms we noticed a small leak at one of the pipes that came up through the roof but the crew responded immediately and corrected it. At least I think they did as we haven't had any rain since they were here. We are very happy with our new roof and will have Midwest come back to do our garage. We will definitely refer them too.

The job went very well. Neighbors commented on their level of effort and attention to detail. My next door neighbors had their roof the same as mine about a year later and they are also very satisfied. I initially heard about them from a realtor who had used them on about 10 houses and had been pleased with their work. If I had it to do over, I might have paid the extra to get 6" of insulation to get super optimal results, but all-in-all, the improvement has been dramatic and I'm happy with it.

They did an excellent job. They were very punctual. No interruptions in there construction. The roof has been up for two years and there has been no problem. I would hire them again.

Hard to schedule a start date, but once started they were prompt, did good work. Cleanup was done as promised.

IT TOOK THEM A WHILE, BUT THEY HAD A LOT OF WORK TO DO AND THEY WERE MESSY. THEY HAD A LOT OF WORKERS. THEY DRESSED PROFESSIONALLY. I DID NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM AT ALL, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL.
