Window Cleaning, House Cleaning
Over the last 2 years they have broken items that while not significantly expensive (less than $150 each time) they were items that are irreplaceable. I have reported several times to the owner Sam that the cleaning was not of a good standard (vacumming and missing corners, bathroom tile cleaning poor in visable areas). Today I left a note advising him that the masterbedroom carpets needed cleaning properly (in the corners and edges). He has left the key behind (not locking the door) and Quit. He should not be used by anyone who values their possessions or expects a reasonable job being done.

THEY ARE COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY JUST REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I DIDN'T EXPECT THEM TO DO SUCH A GOOD JOB. IT'S RARE WHEN YOU GET MORE THAN YOU EXPECT, AND YOU KNOW YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
