Our water heater gas light went out and we were unable to re-light it. Another vendor recommended replacing the water heater but General Installation Company was able to simply replace the Pilot Light Assembly instead, a much cheaper repair.

The part was covered under warranty. They were great. The only complaint that I had, was when I scheduled the appointment they said they would call at eight in the morning to tell me what time they'd be by. I didn't hear from them until ten or eleven to tell me the time. I waited around all morning just to hear from them on what time they'd be by. They got to me the very next day after I called, which was great. They were great. The guys that came over were super communicative, and they were here the day after I called to make an appointment.

Bid was cheaper than another company I had give me an estimate. They also did some other small work for me too. They did very good and were timely. I was very pleased with the work. They even itemized the list on pricing.They were very knowledgable and everything is done up to code.

They were very competent in the heavy repair that was needed. It was just a little part that they needed to work on but they knew how to adjust the stuff and make it work, whereas the regular plumber tried about 6 times, and the hot water heater would still not come on. We have never had any problem with it since. They do primarily manufacturer warranty kind of work. They do ordinary plumbing and water heater installation and that kind of thing too. I would use them for things like cleaning out the water heaters and cleaning the interior, and to do any fine adjustments to the thermostats, the air pressure regulators or the burners. The level of service that they provided is hard to find. I would rate them highly.

THE MAN PUTTING IN THE HEATER WAS VERY RESPECTFUL WITH ME. HE WAS ALSO A VERY NICE MAN AND I ENJOYED HIS COMPANY. I HAD A REALLY NICE TALK WITH HIM AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
