James from Falcon Towing following helped me Saturday, yesterday. His service OVERALL WAS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Anything Less than a raise for this hard working young man is sad. He gave me a wonderful experience considering my car was stuck in a really bad spot in a gas station. He worked a miracle. I think I was his last seevice call. Thank you James!.

I was stranded at 2 AM on a Tuesday in Torrance. After calling AAA, John showed up and jump started my battery. He was kind and courteous and made me feel very comfortable to be with him in the middle of the night. John offered a free 21 point inspection with Falcon and I went the next day to get it.
Everyone at Falcon is incredibly friendly, professional, and their business is set with with transparency. They were thorough when inspecting the car and explaining the charges in their quotes. However, they are expensive- most mechanics quote me much lower- and my usual mechanic thought some of their suggestions were unnecessary. Perhaps Falcon simply has higher standards of maintenance and repair. I would classify them as a reputable and transparent company- but I did not choose them for any of my repairs because of cost.

I LIKED THEIR SERVICE A LOT, PLUS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER BECAUSE I AM IN THEIR CLUB. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD AND THEY CONTINUE THEIR GREAT SERVICE.
