Description of Work: electrical work on my Acura RL 2004. They did fix the problem, but the description didn't quite fit the problem. Also, when I got the car back there were suspension problems. I had to have the struts replaced. They said it came in that way, but it wasn't like that we I drove it in. Really can't tell what caused the suspension problem

 + 0 moreI was stranded at 2 AM on a Tuesday in Torrance. After calling AAA, John showed up and jump started my battery. He was kind and courteous and made me feel very comfortable to be with him in the middle of the night. John offered a free 21 point inspection with Falcon and I went the next day to get it. Everyone at Falcon is incredibly friendly, professional, and their business is set with with transparency. They were thorough when inspecting the car and explaining the charges in their quotes. However, they are expensive- most mechanics quote me much lower- and my usual mechanic thought some of their suggestions were unnecessary. Perhaps Falcon simply has higher standards of maintenance and repair. I would classify them as a reputable and transparent company- but I did not choose them for any of my repairs because of cost.
