I am very satisfied.  Three workers did the job and it only took 2 hours.  (In the past it has taken much longer with a different company).  They cleaned up well afterwards.

They arrived early at 07 30am  and worked till 3.45 pm, took just a 45 minute lunch break.The tree's look wonderful and the clean up fantastic, not a leaf or pine needle in sight.

Took down a ficus and a pine tree. They trimmed the ficus trees down to 18 feet. They removed ivy that was growing in and out of a fence and removed all the stumps. They did a great job.

They were amazing and made me feel like I was in charge which was good.  They were with me throughout and made sure what they were doing was what I wanted.  They also made sure that once they were done it turned out to be exactly what I had expected.  They were really cool since everything happened in just a few days.  They sent one person out to look at the work and to perform the estimate and another person called me the next day to schedule the work and the day after three guys came out to perform the eventual work.  They were very efficient and came exactly when they said they were going to come.  They completed the work in as long they said it was going to take.  I have now chosen to use them on a periodical basis.  Their pricing was good and my friend Bethany who dealt with the pricing part said that it was right on with what she expected it to be and in fact lesser than what I had done.  They did significantly more amount of work for the price they charged.  I was very thrilled with them and was happy with their quality.

E&M answered the phone and set up an appointment to give me a price. They met me at the correct time and provided the quote. Since they had a good reputation in Angie's List, and since I was going to be out of town the next day, I gave them a check for the work. They came on the day they promised and did the work satisfactorily. I'm completely satisfied with the work. The price, while not as low as I would have preferred, was in the ball park and seemed fair enough.

Excellent. The estimator came out within an hour of my calling. Quickly negotiated a price without any whining or drama like some vendors do if you question their first price. The work crew did a good job even cleaned up well. Definitely would use them again.

Originally, I only needed 3 dead trees removed; however, I knew that I had not trimmed the other trees on my property for several years and they needed it. Enrique, the man who gave me the quote gave me a quote to do each set of trees: the dead ones, the ash trees and the multiple eucalyptus that I have. I thought it was too high so he came down $600, and I decided that it was a really good price (I had gotten a quote to do the eucalyptus only about 4 years ago and Enrique's quote was only a little bit more, but included everything). So, although I know someone else on Angie's List said to make sure you know what you want done beforehand, I was easily swayed on doing the extra work since it really needed to be done and E&M gave me a good price. E&M did a great job - Enrique checked in several times during the two day job. On the first day, he was there at the beginning, middle and end while on the second day, he came at the middle and end to check on how things were going. For my two ash trees, I felt that the first was thinned out too much, so I told Enrique and the man doing the trimming, so on the second tree they did not thin it out as much (so they did listen to me although it went against their judgment since they felt the trees should be thinned out more). The only reason why I gave the Quality a "B" rating was that I was disappointed that when I asked what happens to all of the trimmings (I figured they just chipped and shredded it up for mulch), Enrique said that they just throw it out. In this day and age, not recycling tree waste is a waste. However, it is possible that I misheard him, and if so, then I would raise the rating back up to an "A". Otherwise, I think they did a fine job and for a very good price! They threw in extra trimming that was needed on other trees (I had a small eucalyptus that was growing into the telephone wiring and cleaned up smaller trees that we hadn't put in the original estimate).

I called on Monday, the company came to the house after 5pm that same day. Provided an extremely reasonable estimate, and were able to perform the work Tuesday morning. They were completed within 2 hours. Overall, just excellent response and quality service.

The work was clearly explained to me and we agreed on a price. They worked hard and quickly, finishing the job in about half a day's time. They even said if some of the bamboo came back that they would come back and remove it at no charge.

They came to give me an estimate the same day I called and did the job the next day. They did a good job and cleaned up well. I'm not sure if I got the best price in the world. There were three guys here for about an hour, and they did do a good job, however, the initial estimate they gave me was $350, and when I offered them $250 they accepted without any hesitation. I suspect I could have gotten someone to do it for $200 or less, but this was the only estimate I got.

Great! They started the job 2 hours after providing an estimate. The backyard is totally transformed and looks amazing. Highly recommended!

Very prompt service. They would have came out the same day that I called. Overall a good job. Just wish that they cleaned up better. A lot of the cuttings were still in the tree. I shake the tree and lots of branches and leaves fall out.

They came out the same day I called and provided an estimate for the tree trimming. They were very interested in doing additional landscaping but I was focused on getting a quality trim on the tree and offered that I'd consider them if they did a nice job. (We are about to list our house for sale and I can't wait for a bad trim to grow back). The next day three guys showed up at 8am (as promised), the only one who spoke English didn't stick around but before he left pressured me pretty hard to do extra landscaping. Nevertheless, the Spanish-speaking guys did quite a good job and seemed happy to take direction from me using a lot of pointing. They finished in about half a day and cleaned up nicely. My neighbor took small advantage of them getting them to trim a couple of her fruit trees for free, AFAICT. I gave one of the guys a check for the estimate and assume that was sufficient. I'd recommend them to others: They were prompt and capable, albeit slightly entrepreneurial.

The workers that came out were very quiet and did not make any distracting noise. They were also very clean and neat when doing the work and the job looked very nice when they finished. Everything was topped off perfectly and they made everything looked beautiful.

Excellent work from beginning to end. Connie and Enrique were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and they finished the job quickly. We gave them a general idea of what we wanted and they took it from there and did a great job. Their price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that was involved and was extremely competitive against other landscapers we received quotes from (all from Angie's list). I highly recommend them.

The entire experience was pain free. They came on time for the estimate appointment, were very accommodating with pricing and easy to contact. The work was done during the day when no one was home, and when we returned, it was as though the trees were never there. The yard was immaculate! Payment was made after I was able to inspect the work and was also hassle free.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE, AND THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH ON EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND GOT LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS.
