Charles Johnson Roofing was our go to roofing company when I worked at my fathers General Building Contractor business. I worked directly with them on a regular basis and it was always a pleasure to work with other professional Contractors. Their prices were very competitive and the quality and service was always top notch. Many years later when I needed a new roof on my own home I didn't hesitate to call Charles Johnson Roofing. I knew that I could feel confident that I was going to get the same quality of work and service that our clients had received.

Jon Castro & his crew were called in when the brand new roof to our addition failed in the record rain of Winter 2019. We dealt with a LOT of lack of accountability during our renovation - and despite the crushing blow of having to demo & re-do an entire 1 month-old master bathroom, this was a welcome experience for us. They were accountable, professional, courteous, and communicated well. Instead of placing new work on top of previous work - they removed the bad roofing job and started from scratch. All of the debris was taken with them upon leaving - Jon even checked in with us during heavy rain the next day to see how things were holding up. Our only regret is that they were not called to do the work the first time.

Two workers were very cooperative and efficient in examining the roof. They corrected the problems they found. They also added a nice touch by spray painting the vent stacks. They also installed plastic bird spikes on four chimneys. They spent about two hours doing the work. They were somewhat expensive, but I do not know the cost of the bird spikes. At times, it was difficult to communicate with the sales person.

I have a brother-in-law that is a roofer and I had him approve the procedure and pricing. He was also recommended to me by one of my customers.

The job cost what we were quoted, done in a timely manner and professional.
