He misrepresented himself as a General Contractor, but in reality is not licensed and things started to go wrong from day 1.  Always changing the quoted amount, demanding cash payments and ultimately stealing the AC unit he was supposed to replace and disappearing.

The AC unit broke down after just 2 months, he sent workers to replace it then disappeared for over 2 months, ignoring phone calls and messages, finally picked-up my call from a different line and told us that the unit could not be replaced because the unit was not installed by a certified technician.  Then disappeared again.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK.  This guy is an illegal "contractor", has no license and pays no-taxes.
