Awesome on time drop off and pick up

They are quick and efficient on the phone, without skipping relevant details about the job at hand. My needs were simple - I needed them to drop off a 3-yard container, which I get to keep for a week, and they come pick it up afterwards. They were able to drop off the bin where I had indicated with tape on the ground, without my being there to directly oversee the drop-off. They were also able to pick-up the bin without my having to be there. I had filled the first bin and still needed additional rubbish removal, and setting up the second bin was extremely quick and easy. They replaced the full bin with an empty one without any problems, and without requiring me to be there to oversee placement.
Their pricing is on par with other bin companies I called. The reason I went with CWS is that they were willing to service my location, which is on a hill. While other companies were afraid of roll-away issues, CWS put down wooden chocks that kept the bin safely in place.
The only negative thing I would comment on (and this is an extremely minor complaint!), is that the bins they provided me with were somewhat beat up. But hey, they're trash bins, afterall.
The second bin was scheduled to be picked up a couple days before the New Year, but they were not able to pick it up as scheduled. They contacted me, let me know they were unable to pick it up on time, and picked it up after the New Year holidays, and I was not charged anything extra for their delay.
I would use them for any future rubbish bin needs I have, and freely recommend them to others with rubbish bin needs.

They brought it out and picked it up. The driver was very good. We live in a dead end cul-de-sac and it wasn't an easy task to park. The bin was very clean.
