REMOVAL OF ROOFING MATERIAL WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. APPLICATION OF NEW ROOFING WAS SATISFACTORY. REQUESTED, AND PAID FOR TILES INSTALLED ON EDGE. WE CONTINUALLY CALLED FOR THIS TO BE COMPLETED. THREE WEEKS LATER, WORK WAS FINALLY COMPLETED.

ONCE I MADE CONTACT WITH THEIR OFFICE, IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO RETURN MY CALLS AND RESPOND TO THE JOB SITE. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE JOB GOING. ONCE THE WORKERS WERE ON SITE, THEY PERFORMED WELL. I WISH THEY COULD HAVE DONE THE REPAIRS ON A DRY DAY, BUT DUE TO THEIR SLOW RESPONSE THE DAY THEY DID THE REPAIRS IT WAS RAINING.

THEY ARRIVED TO INSPECT THE CONCERNED LOCATIONS OF LEAKS THROUGH THE ROOFING MATERIALS. HE TOOK PICTURES OF MY ROOFING MATERIAL AND REPAIRED LEAKS. I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THEM TO RESPOND AND SEND ME PRICING. ONCE THEY ARRIVED, THEIR WORKERS TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS APPROPRIATELY.
