I called from your list and spoke to Ramone who was very helpful.  We wanted the old removed first as we were remodeling the unit and didn't want to work around the old carpet which was in our way.  They sent someone out to remove the old for a reasonable fee and put in the new about a month later.  It all went very smoothly and we are all very pleased.

This was our first step toward home improvement and we had a lot of questions.  They spent a lot of time with us showing us samples, talking us through the process and helping us pick out the right flooring for our townhome.  They were very punctual for the in-home estimate, measured and talked to us about the process and estimated timeframe. The really nice perk was that they were able to start work right away, which was perfect for what we needed.  They even gave us ideas and suggestions for future projects (without a hard sales push!).  The installers showed up exactly as promised and completed the work exactly within the timeframe estimated.  They were clean and meticulous in their detail - very professional!   They asked questions when they weren't sure what I wanted and made sure that the work was done exactly to my liking.  We ran into one small glitch because they forgot the upstairs landing in the estimate, but this was taken care of immediately and there was no delay in the completion.  American Carpet/Flooring called to explain the error and even offered to reduce the price due to their error.  A gesture you don't see everyday!  I am thrilled with my new flooring and will definitely use them again for some future home improvements we have planned.
