Everything was good with them.

Cleaned three rooms and hall. | |The worker was on time and very friendly. An area in front of a chair was missed by the main cleaning instrument and was cleaned with another product by hand and was not cleaned as well.

Allied arrived on time and begin cleaning carpet. They were professional and polite. It took them about an hour to clean whole house. After the carpet was cleaned we took a walk through to make sure the carpet was clean to my expectation. Great Job!!

Bob and his assistant arrived right on time. Bob looked over the situation and gave me a written estimate. We had a real issue with dog urine in the carpet in one room. Bob gave us a good deal on the price of sanitizing and odor treating that area. We also have a ton of stairs, and they were pretty dirty. After the cleaning, I was amazed - the carpet looks great, and best of all, the stain and odor are gone! Fantastic job!

Textbook case and they were very professional. Good equipment that was quiet enough (wife slept through the whole thing when they did the bedroom!) and I didn't feel like they were rushing to get it over with (aka, I felt the attention to getting it cleaned up). I moved some stuff and they moved the others. Happy that they were right on time and went about very professionally too. I would put the price at B+, not really B but considering how soiled the carpet was (and the fact that we have a long haired dachshund!!), I was happy with paying the amount. Glad that they had Saturday service too. Yes, I would use their services again when the carpets need to be cleaned again

It went great! The representative showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets . They looked better than I thought they would, and the price was less than I thought I'd have to pay. The carpets dried fairly quickly, and there were no strong smells or any other problem. Great job.

Office contact was exceptionally friendly, competent, efficient, and accommodating. They called back a day before the appointed time and said that an emergency had occurred and they would be ONE hour later than proposed and asked if that would be okay. One serviceman arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to do the job in an efficient, competent manner, and completed the work in an hour and half. The representative was very friendly, accommodating, and obviously well trained to perform a competent job. The carpets were completely dry and available for normal activity in two hours.

THE PRICE WAS HIGH. WE HAD THE SAME COMPANY FOR OTHER WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. THEY CAME ON TIME AND ON THE DAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO.

EACH TIME THEY COME THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY REMEMBER THE NUANCES THAT I LIKE, FOR EXAMPLE, CLEANING MY SON'S AND DAUGHTER'S AREA RUGS IN THEIR ROOMS.
