The estimate process went smoothly. The company arrived on time and delivered the estimates as promised. The installation went smoothly...until we discovered that a teak table appeared to have been damaged during installation. The company refused to consider the possibility of their mistake, took no responsibility for their actions and were unwillingly to negotiate a simple fix that may have cost the company $50 at most. The process was handled unprofessionally.
