We were actually referred to West Syles Windows by another referral company but since we were so happy with the results, decided to mentioned them in Angie's List. Jim is the owner and installer but he has a small crew to help. He seems a little laid back and easy going but don't let that fool you. He loves what he does and is very dedicated - which shows in his work. The thing I liked best is that Jim does most of the work himself so we dealt with him exclusively. We didn't have to worry about miscommunication between the installer, Jim and us. His price was not the cheapest but we felt we can trust Jim to do a good job...and he did not disappoint.

Reasonable price with delivery and installation time as promised. All workers were courteous and cleaned up and hauled away old windows and trash when completed.
