He arrives on scheduled day/time of the week and lets me know if there will be a change to his schedule. He cuts lawn as necessary and fee includes keeping large front yard hedge and smaller shrubs trimmed back. He always removes trimmings and hoses off as necessary before he leaves. He works at a moderate pace.

I have been using him for a very long time and he does a good job for me. He has not raised his price for a long time, so, I feel the price is also good.
