Removed tree with internal trunk rot/decay and also removed yucca plant, including the stumps. They also trimmed a large eucalyptus tree. Great cleanup. I didn't have to do anything additional.

Tom was punctual and gave me a fair quote on price. Also showed me the paperwork on his credentials (license, insurance, etc.). Workers were on time, had all necessary equipment to do the job efficiently (about 15-20 min.) and cleaned up thoroughly. All workers were courteous and friendly and professional. Was very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

The dec. trees are OK.
The citrus trees were under trimed.

On 3/29/14, Tom gave me a bid of $100. and said he would work our tree into his schedule, but would let me know the exact time and date ASAP. He called the next day with time and date of10am, 3/31. On 3/31, the workers showed up on time and ask how I would like the tree shaped, so we talked about the work. The 3 men were very courteous to me. The workers thinned, trimmed and shaped the tree then ask me if I would like to check to see if the job was ok. I ask to have the back side cut a bit more and they did that. The workers took great care not to step on the plants around the tree. The clean-up was great, didn't leave any cutting or leaves. They set aside a box of lemons for me. I will hire them next year.

DId a nice nice job, maybe a little short but satisfied. Puctual and preofessional. Would hire again.

This was the 2nd time we asked Tom's. They came on time and did excellent work. Cleaned the site and left no mess.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up nicely after the work. We found their pricing to be very reasonable. We were very pleased with their service and will call them again for future service.

Tom responded to my call a within few minutes and arrived to give an estimate within an hour. The crew arrived and did an excellent job trimming and topping the hedge. They hauled all the branches and leaves away and did a tremendous job cleaning up the mess, especially all the leaves that fell into the pool. This tree service company is an A+ operation.

Tom responded to my voicemail within an hour or two, came out the next day to do an estimate, and his crew completed the job the day after that (yesterday). I've used Tom's Trees a number of times (the first review here is mine), and the job went smoothly this time as usual: crew arrived when scheduled, worked efficiently, cleaned up everything. I will use his company the next time I need tree trimming, etc. I recommend them to other Angie's List members.

I've used Tom and his crew for autumn tree trimming for a number of years and hired them last fall to finally take out our messy Eugenias (they drop many berries), and trim some other trees. (I've been meaning to submit this report for some time and have finally gotten around to it!) As usual, Tom responded quickly, gave me a fair price, scheduled the work promptly, and arrived on time. His crew did excellent work , and they cleaned up very thoroughly (as usual); they were careful, responsive, and respectful. I was quite satisfied with this last job and will use him again. I added his company to the list because I thought that other list members might have equally good experiences.
