Special Touch Carpet Cleaning

They did not charge extra for spot treatment. I gave them a B for quality only because I had to go back and check their work, finding that they did not suction all the carpet to wall edged with a separate attachment without me asking. It should be standard. THey got most of it, but still missed wall edges like under the bathroom cabinets(yes there is carpet in the bathroom). I'm specific because the house's previous owner had 3 dogs and dog hair left behind is unacceptable since a family member of ours is very allergic. I'd have to say that they were so wonderful once asked. They had a great attitude and put effort to really get those edges. OThers might try to skip that when I'm not looking because it requires bending over. Veronica takes the calls. She is great at customer service and working with you.
