SPECIAL PAINTING

Exceptional all-around painting work. Did everything we wanted and more. Helped with repairs, figuring out best materials/approaches for all situations. Great value-added ideas - carpentry, bondo, oil primer, waterproof paint, urethane paint, marine paint, color selection, etc. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very conscientious/careful. No accidents/damage. Exceptional and quot;preventionand quot; work - plastic, rosin paper, drops, taping, etc. Customized every situation to what was best for the circumstance - some needed special repair, more finish coat, etc. Final job looks fantastic in all areas. Great with communication and coordination - text, email, pics, etc. Can't say enough good things about John and his team.

They were reasonably priced and they completed the project on time. The quality of their work was very good as well.

The painting project went extremely well. John Choi of Special Painting was very impressive in appearance and professional in demeanor. He prepared a detailed estimate that was adhered to and took extra steps to ensure the colors were right. His crew were experienced painters and went right to work. The project took less than two full days and the house looks great!

The bid was prepared in a very good way. I liked the way that they walked through the facility. He told me he only did about two jobs at a time because he likes to supervise them. He always came through with things. He called me back and stuck with his estimate. They started on a Monday and finished it a day before they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and were very punctual.
