Ram Rooter Plumbing and Drains

They came out ran the drain cleaner (snake) uncloged the sink charged me, (all good so far) few days later both bathrooms started clogging, called them back they came out saying that it is main drain and to pay then additional full charge for main drain service, I asked that they deduct from previous service done since it is just few days ago and they offered 30 days warranty, they claim it is different issue (another company says that all plumbing lines go to main line) and no discount also woman on the phone said that I needed to know that the main line is the problem (their service man didn't know) like I am a plumber. Very dishonest also wants to argue over the phone and doesn't follow up until next day. I took my money elsewhere (considered their scam as lesson learned) this is very unprofessional and not to mention rude company to deal with.
