The main person that I dealt with is a man name John Chun. He is Korean, and does not speak perfect English, so we had a few communication issues. I had to explain things to him a few times to make sure that he knew what we wanted. With the remodeling work, he didn't always get it right. But he was always willing to refix anything until we were satisfied. He and his crew did a great job of taking all the doors, mirrors, and anything else down, and putting them off to the side while he painted the exterior. He always put sample paint on the walls for us to look at and approve, before painting any room. The job was only supposed to take about 4-5 days, but ended up taking two weeks. Not entirely his fault since a few days it rained. Overall very happy with the final work.
Description of Work: Got this company through a referral. Bought a new house and wanted it all repainted. Got two other referrals. PP was in the middle. The lowest was by a handyman, and since I wanted some additional remodeling done, wasn't sure how well he would handle it. Another pro paint company quoted almost $1K more. So went with PP. Had them repaint the whole interior, expand a doorway, seal a doggie door, and add drywall to the garage. While I had some issues dealing with PP, overall I am happy and satisfied with the work.
