"First of all, we are very sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with the service she received. The car was picked up in California as scheduled, and delivered in Arizona the next day. The customer contacted us 4 days after receiving her vehicle (2006 Ford Escape) to let us know that it was dirty inside. The customer was under the impression that the driver left her windows down during transit and that the cloth seats got dusty. This driver has years of experience hauling cars, he would never leave the windows down while the cars are on his trailer. Also, there is no way the driver could've kept the windows opened because the customer left some personal paperwork inside the vehicle, on the seats, and those were in the same spot upon delivery in Arizona; if the windows were down during transit, all the paperwork would've flown out. We explained the customer that we would file a claim with the driver's insurance company and that we need some photos of the dusty seats. We warned her that the insurance company might deny the claim because she waited 4 days before calling us to report this incident. She told us that she tried calling our office the day before and that we were closed - which is not true, on Monday, April 27th our office was open 6am-4pm PST. Today is April 29th and the car was delivered on April 24th. At this time we are still waiting for the customer to send us photos of the interior of the car so we can file a claim."
They were professional, easy to deal with, the price was fair, their assigned carrier was courteous, on time and easy to communicate with (coordinate pick-up and drop-off) ...was where he was supposed to be when he was supposed to be there...and...the car was moved from point A to Point B within 24 hours. A good experience all the way around!
