Our experience with Steve Cho has been nothing short of a nightmare. At first, Steve appeared professional and eager to earn our business. That changed the moment he received a deposit. After securing payment, he relentlessly pressured us for even more money, bombarding us with calls and texts, even inventing a story about needing extra funds due to a ?personal emergency.? When it came time to start the job, he canceled three days in a row, each time with a different excuse. The final excuse? A supposed car accident. After reading through other negative reviews, we realized that this exact same ?car accident? excuse appears repeatedly, showing this is a pattern of manipulation, not a coincidence. After the repeated cancellations, Steve sent what appeared to be a Zelle refund confirmation, but it turned out to be completely fake ? the refund never arrived. This was not a misunderstanding; it was intentional. Full on SCAM!
