"Good evening [Member Name Removed], after reading your review I have to say that we obviously both have a different recollection of what occurred. Ill be honest I cant remember every detail hence it has been almost a year since we cleaned your house. Ill start with your comment that I was reluctant to have an afternoon cleaning; At the time we only had certain hour gaps to clean your house and in fact I am positive we gave you a couple options but they were not going to work with your schedule. You mentioned you could do 2:30pm which was one of the gaps we had available. You did mention you could just leave early from work, but never did it seem like it was something that was that of an inconvenience for you. The girls had arrived early and they waited in the car, if they had blocked the drive way they would have moved the car for you. When I told you that they were there and you mentioned your concern about them being in the heat, I let you know that it wasn't a big deal and you didn't need to rush and yes I mentioned they had a new car and they were sitting inside with the A/C. In regards to the Vent it is a she said /he said situation. I was not there and the girls mentioned that you had them spray inside the vent with bleach or what ever chemical you gave them. They let you know that the paint was melting off or falling off and then they stopped.The smell of the spray you refereed to the first time they went was easy off and they used that inside the oven. The first time we sent 3 girls and you did a walk through and afterwards you said everything was fine and we left. When you called again and let us know that you were not happy we agreed to send the team again. You had mentioned that the vent was not cleaned, the stove was not moved back into place and that one of the shelves was not clean the same as the second. I believe that there was a miscommunication on the inside of the vent because I had not included that in the price, but we did it anyway for you. The one shelf had books all over and that was our fault for not clarifying with the girls that you wanted each book to be taking out and cleaned, but we corrected it. I do ave to clarify that we sent 2 of the girls that had gone before and the 3rd one was a new team leader, but it was the best we could do at the time because of our schedules. I was not upset that you could not leave early the next day, but all we had was morning availability to go clean and you wanted us to fix the items the next day so we were trying to do our best to accommodate you. [Removed Member Name] I thought we had resolved the issue and in fact you told the girls everything was fine. I even recall talking to you afterwards and asking if everything was okay, but maybe you and I didn't talk but I know the team leader did ask you if everything was fine and you said yes. I may have sounded a bit irritated at the time, but I think that you were also not being easy to work with. We definitely did our part and our best to keep you happy, I do apologies if I came off as rude, but due to the circumstances it just came out that way. Again I, we as a company know we did our best to make everything work. I don't understand why now after almost a year this is coming up, but again if i came off rude my apologies, but in regards to the work we did do our part. I'm sorry we were not to your standards, but we wish that you find a cleaning service that will work well with you. Thank you for the opportunity. Mauricio"
As for the overall cleaning of the house, they did a great job. But again, there was some inconsistency in the thoroughness of the job as there were 4 people cleaning and not everyone cleans the same.
In summary, I would recommend Magic Touch House Cleaners. I have used many house cleaners over the years, and have never really been satisfied with any of them. But, I was definitely the most satisfied with Magic Touch. And, Brian's responsiveness and willingness to do whatever necessary to satisfy the customer definitely puts Magic Touch over the top.
I have signed on with Magic Touch for regular cleanings. I will let you know how it goes...
I was just going through my old reviews and found a curious response from Magic Touch House Cleaning which I had hired approximately in early May, 2013. I never said in my original review of them that they had cleaned a house for me in Palm Springs. In fact I specifically said in the second to last line of my review that I was sorry they didn't clean homes in Palm Springs because that is where we were moving TO. And in the body of my review I stated that they had cleaned the home we were moving OUT of. (That home was in Westminster). In their response they didn't want to take credit for a review they felt wasn't theirs. While I appreciate their honesty in not wanting to take credit for a cleaning they thought they didn't do, I had in fact reviewed the correct company and still have the receipt from Magic Touch for the cleaning they did. It's a shame they didn't read my review carefully. Had they done so, they would have realized I had correctly written a review for them and that they had done an excellent job for us.

Our company is located in Garden Grove, Ca. I see that you are located in Palm Springs, unless we cleaned a home for you in the Orange County area then I'm afraid our company did not clean your home. I would hate to take credit for something that someone else did. Hopefully the correct Company gets credit for their great work.

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW OF THEM: First I want to say that I don't remember the exact day of service or the exact price. I'm months late posting this review. All I recall is that it was early May that we hired this company to clean our home because we were moving out of that residence. And on the price, I'm afraid I don't remember the exact amount. I think the figure I've shown is close. I do recall that the price charged was fair and reasonable. Anyway, when their contact person came out to assess what the cost would be for a deep move-out clean, I was impressed. He was on time, well-spoken, clean, well-groomed, had a company shirt on, was polite and professional. Those are all the things I love. Every company should have employees like that. He did his evaluation quickly, wasn't pushy in the least, quoted me the price, we chatted a bit about different cleaning options that are considered extras, and then he left. As for the job they did, it was excellent. I'm a very picky person and tough to please. I can report happily that I haven't got a single complaint about this company. I'm sorry they don't provide cleaning services in Palm Springs, which is where we moved to. I would most certainly hire them again if they provided services in my new town.
"Dear (member name removed), Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have read it carefully and would like to clarify a few things. Yes, you are correct we did send a large crew as it was a large Villa Park home and needed a lot of work. Brian immediately noticed that Barbara couldn't use her hands and therefore wasn't able to have her home picked up and ready for us to just clean. The crew had to pick up and move things around in order to thoroughly clean (normally we ask our clients to pick up so that we can focus on the cleaning). We apologize if things were not placed back in their original place, the crew did the best they could under the circumstances. The T.V. problem was simply a lose wire in the back, we tightened it and the problem was solved. The stove top was taken apart to clean thoroughly and the pilots got wet during the process, this happens and it is not a big problem, they dry up and they work fine. However, Brian did mention to Barbara that if they did not work he would stop by the next day and fix or replace them if need be. When Barbara called the next day regarding her missing medication, she was initially very furious and even used the "F" word and hung up before Brian could explain that the person who cleaned the bathroom had simply placed the medication in the medicine cabinet in order to clean the bathroom thoroughly.
