Plummer was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.Very quick and thorough. He analyzed the problem and gave me a few choices along with his recommendation AS WELL AS his reasons for recommending or not.

I JUST THOUGHT THAT THEY WEREN'T VERY CUSTOMER-SERVICE FRIENDLY. AS FAR AS THE SCHEDULING WENT, THEY DIDN'T TRY TO HELP ME OR WORK WITH ME. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME VERY MANY OPTIONS. THE GUY THAT DID THE WORK DIDN'T BRING HIS OWN STUFF TO DO THE WORK AND I THOUGHT HE SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT THAT STUFF HIMSELF. IT WAS STUFF LIKE PAPER TOWELS AND A BOWL TO DRAIN THE WATER INTO.

THIS PLUMBER WAS SLIGHTLY TARDY. HOWEVER, HIS WORK PROVED TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY. THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY DECENT, AND THE PLUMBER POSSESSED CHARMING SKILLS.
