They didn't stay on schedule, didn't call, and insisted on payment before they finished parts of the job. They took a while to get multiple subcontractors that they kept sending out here to do the job. They left the mess in the driveway for two weeks. They didn't call us for almost two weeks while they were in the middle of the project and kept saying tomorrow morning we will have somebody there, tomorrow morning we will have somebody there, and people weren't showing up. The first people they sent us to actually do the demolition were teenagers with sledgehammers instead of coming out with professional equipment to take out the old hardscape. Couple of the workers was good, but it was just mostly the scheduling from the office. The completed work was mediocre.
