The owner Gilberto came with a crew of 4. They each took a section of the house and were very thorough. The house was dusted, vacuumed, the showers scrubbed, the kitchen cleaned (even took apart the coffee pot and washed all the parts), they washed the windows. We were even advised that a plastic insert under one of the bed posts was broken so that we could replace it and continue to protect the floor. Very thorough and willing to work as hard as necessary to meet our needs. They are very responsibe and will work with us regarding our timing and when we need them to clean.
