They did a good job. I like this company because they are open seven days a week. I bought the water tank and they delivered it the same day and the price was reasonable. I would use them again. I would recommend them because of their availability. They had someone here with in hours to deliver and install it.

I ordered a bathroom vanity and granite top on 6/27/13, and paid for delivery. The salesman said it would 10 days but I was not told it would be longer until the end of the two weeks. The items were not delivered until 7/18/13. If the salesman had been upfront about the delivery time either at the time of order or at the time they placed the order with the vendor, I could have weighed my options. This is poor customer service. Completion of my bathroom remodel was delayed because of their lack of communication. Also, they clearly don't give the delivery process much thought. The items were delivered by one elderly man of short stature. Thank goodness my son-in-law, by coincidence, was home instead of at work like he normally would have been. What was the deliveryman intending to do? Give a new meaning to "drop shipment"?
My contractor said he stopped buying from BJ's some time ago because they take twice as long as anyone else to procure ordered goods. He and I both prefer to support our local community business, but I will not be buying any more special ordered items from BJ's unless I have no deadline to complete a project.

They did an excellent job. They sent two guys to do the job. They even did some extra work that really wasn't their responsibility without extra charge. hey were prompt in showing up on-time and finishing the job.
