Owner was friendly and pretty easy to work with but did not always communicate clearly to his installers regarding what we agreed on. I had to keep on top of them making sure progress was as planned especially with the wiring for the lights in the patio cover. Price seemed kind of high, but I did not get additional bids because they came highly recommended from our window installer. Small company with only two installers who worked about 5 hour days and did not always show up when we thought they would for various reasons. Very happy with the completed projects. Regarding the wiring for the lights, they do not do any electrical connections and will only run the wires inside the vinyl wherever you want. It would seem like the job could have been completed in a few full time work days but it actually took a couple of weeks. There was some rain here and there. Job included demo and removal of the old wood patio cover. Demo was a bit sloppy and several plants and/or plant containers in the area were damaged. Would I use them again? Only if they were the lowest price I could find. No problem with quality of the work.
