ALPHA DTV-TV REPAIR & SVC

Waited a week for the two parts to arrive. I wanted both parts replaced and the tech would only replace one...insisting I didn't need the other.  When I insisted, the technician got angry and went out to get the second replacement part.  He said the new part provided by Samsung probably wouldn't work because it hasn't been tested.  The box had someone elses name and phone number on it.  Sure enough he replaced it and that night the TV went bad again.  I assyme he had used my new part for another customer and given me their broken part. Called Samsung....hooked me up with another repair service with a new part....they repaired it with no problems.  Wouldn't trust these people ever!

I have a Samsung TV and it went out. Power on button kept flashing and Tv would not go on. I contacted Samsung and they referred me to Alpha DTV. I brought the Tv to them and in a couple of days they called me with and said it was a bad power supply and it would cost 325. I decided to do it and within a few days it was repaired.  I was pleased with the work they did and they gave me a 90 day guarantee .
