A Brighter Side Window Cleaning

The owner Steve and 2 other gentlemen arrived right on time and spoke with me to figure out a game plan to inconvenience my tenants as little as possible (going unit by unit instead of top to bottom). They were all friendly and worked quickly. They even had special tools and tricks to take care of stickers, paint overspray, and problem areas (no extra charges). They did not use extension poles for the second floor, but instead had a giant ladder and all of the windows were washed by hand. We just landscaped, and they were extra careful when moving the ladder around the house (I wish I could say the same for the roofer!). The last time I hired window washers they skipped the tracks, but these guys know what they're doing. Also, Steve and his crew are all animal lovers so they were mindful not to let our cats out and took a minute to introduce themselves to my tenant's dog before going in. The process went so smoothly, I arranged for him to come every 6 months.

That was excellent and so I would give them a very high recommendation. He was helpful, he was timely, he was thorough, and he was efficient and very cheerful. He's also $5 cheaper.

STEVE IS ALWAYS ON TIME, WORKS HARD, DOES A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I KNOW HIS FAMILY AND HAVE LEFT HIM ALONE WITHOUT SUPERVISION.
